So yesterday was a fun one in the office… As many of you that read the blog know we recently moved to Lancaster Pa (and I do SEO) so my blog post yesterday hopped up in the Google SERP’s to the #3 position from yesterdays post… Shortly there after one of the co-founders of our company decided to try and out rank me for the term “Lancaster SEO“So Dave then laid out some guidelines for our little ‘experiment / contest’ the winner will be determined by the Google SERP’s 1st to 1st place wins! And we cannot spend ANY money buying links or paid services to help us rank. Fine… I think to myself… as I go outside to have a smoke, shortly after I notice that there is a Youtube channel for “Lancaster SEO” And well… watch the video
Looks like the gloves are off… so I’ll go ahead and ask for a quick favor. Anyone that has a site and knows how to anchor text / blogroll etc… do me a favor and shoot me a link to this site with the anchor text “Lancaster SEO” w/o the ‘ ‘ . It doesn’t need to be up forever… just a nice lil boost for the run of the contest – I did notice on the serps this morning that we have two offices? ahem… cough, cough…

How can this guy on the video, whoever he is (I’ve never heard of him before) ask “Who is David Brown?” Surely he must realize that someone recruited from the West Coast to move to the East Coast must be well known. And we can still see your fresh tracks in the Midwest from your journey across the country where you were so kind as to stop and help us root the Nebraska Cornhuskers on to victory. Has he ever rooted for the Cornhuskers? I doubt it. So how can an unknown who hasn’t even rooted for the Cornhuskers question the credentials of someone who has, and who is known all throughout the country! What is he thinking?
Hmmm…. the fun has started… I haven’t even been bloggin about this yet… I guess it’s time to Start!
