PubCon Coverage-Day One
Getting to PubCon 2010
The journey to Las Vegas was quick and relatively painless. A few cocktails on the flight from Bellingham Wa to McCarran Airport really helped with the flight anxiety. After collecting our bags we grabbed a limo and set off towards the hotel. While walking out each of us made a point of placing a bet at one of the larger slot machines to properly grease the cogs of fate and prep our Vegas luck.

So as we got up this morning and realized that the trees have all changed colors, some of our plants are dying from the cold… and we still don’t know our way around very well after having been here for 3 months now… We decided it was time to go and do some GeoCaching!

Yes the rumors are true… I’m going in-house SEO after several years of consulting and working on web-dev teams to help clients achieve their goals. While this is an informal blog post covering / wrapping up most of what’s going down… I will come back and show ya the new office and my Team of Kick ASS Tweeple (they’re all on twitter now)

Well I’ve never done one of these before! But with the world turning social and all web2.0ish I figured what better way this year to say Happy Mothers Day to one very special Mom! MY MOM
So what to say about Mom on this hyped up over marketed holiday? (just kidding) Well first let me introduce you to her – Mom is really Joan Lanning (used to be Joan Brown for 25 yrs… but that’s a whole different story)
